Grievance Officer

To raise a formal grievance, write to account@nxtbills.com with the subject line “Formal Grievance — NxtBills”. All grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 working days. Where a complaint relates to a BBPS transaction, it will be escalated to the NBBL dispute resolution framework as required.

Biller Dispute Escalation

If your complaint pertains to an incorrect bill amount, a service not activated despite successful payment, or a dispute regarding biller-generated charges, we recommend contacting the respective biller directly using the customer care details on their official website. If you require assistance identifying the correct biller contact, write to us at account@nxtbills.com and we will endeavour to provide guidance.
